Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, subject to the delivery location and current operational conditions. We work with reliable logistics partners including UPS, DHL, FedEx, and Australia Post to support stable delivery. Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or above qualify for free delivery, while orders below this amount are subject to a fixed delivery fee of AUD 10.99. 6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 48 hours after successful payment, provided that the order has not yet entered the processing stage or been transferred to the logistics provider. Once order preparation or shipment has begun, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.
