Shipping policy

 

Welcome to the Domuliva online store (hereinafter referred to as “we”). To ensure clarity and transparency in delivery arrangements, the following Shipping Terms explain our delivery coverage, shipping fees, processing timelines, and related responsibilities. These terms apply to all orders placed through our online store.

1. Delivery Coverage

Delivery services are currently available within Australia only. Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value:

  • Orders with a total value of 99.99 AUD or more (including 99.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders with a total value below 99.99 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of 10.99 AUD.

All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the product prices displayed at checkout. No additional fees will be required.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Order processing is conducted during regular business hours.

  • Orders placed before 18:00 are generally processed on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 are processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on non-working days are processed on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Once order details and payment are confirmed, processing generally takes 1–3 business days before shipment is arranged.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated total delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination or other uncontrollable factors.

6. Shipping Carriers

We select appropriate shipping carriers based on operational requirements. Commonly used carriers include:

  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Australia Post

7. Order Tracking

After an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment confirmation, and shipping carrier details.

You may track your order by visiting the “Order Tracking” page on our website and entering your order number together with your email address or phone number.

8. Shipping Responsibility Statement

The following responsibilities apply during the shipping process:

  • Product damage or loss: If your item arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us promptly and provide relevant evidence so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping modifications and cancellations: Requests to modify or cancel orders should be submitted before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, changes may be limited.
  • Delivery address responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays.

9. Delivery Acceptance Notes

Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If visible damage or abnormalities are observed, we recommend documenting the condition at the time of receipt and contacting us as soon as possible for assistance.
